Where Have You Been?

"Learn when to shut up."

My mom used to tell me this. This and "...just because someone asks a question of you, doesn't mean you are obligated to answer it."

And it wasn't mean spirited, she just wanted me to know that it's okay to be quiet sometimes.

When you need time to check out with others and check in with yourself and recharge,

to connect and refill yourself, do that.

And that's where I've been.

Refilling myself.

When I'm just not feeling it, I don't write.

Is that the best idea from a business perspective?

Probably not.

But is it real, transparent.

Yeah.

But today, I'm back and sharing. :)

This morning, I woke up and asked myself,
“How can I serve 10 new customers/clients this weekend?
Where do I need to go?
Who do I need to talk to?
What do I need to radiate?”

When you’re in business for yourself,
your mindset and focus are just as important as your skill set.

I work with clients to assist them with their marketing- social media based and traditional.

It still cracks me up that it's 10x easier to help people with their business and vision than it is to help myself.

But that's my gift.

I help others improve their skin with some phenomenal products.

I help even more get the toxins out of their homes- their cleaners, and lotions- and get better vitamin supplements and oils into their lives.

I'm in the business of serving people and it requires me to consistently self check and ask these questions.

To make sure I'm focused on the right things.

Go into the day asking what you can do, who you can serve.
Then be aware of what ideas, whose faces, what places pop up in your head.

And this can apply to relationships, health, parenting, ALLUHDAT. (that's "all of that" in case you couldn't figure it out...)  lol

What can I do to be and give what my child/spouse/body needs today?

KNOW that the seeds you plant WILL grow.

Take INSPIRED action daily. (Because I realized that taking action while stressed or feeling lack is not beneficial.)

Know what your goal is/goals are, so you remain focused on where you’re going.

All while being thankful for your PRESENT.

(Seriously, don’t ignore what you do have.)

Have gratitude!

And don’t focus on your problems, focus on the outcome.
